okay, I haven't done one of these in a while, but here goes!

VISION: I really love the color palette on this! I think the lineart being a far lighter color than the colors of Scourge himself really carries the message well. The collar really pops out. The anatomy also looks amazing, especially on the face and the paws. It makes him look personified, but still realistic. The fur has to be my favorite though (it was hard to choose.) I really like the look of it. One of my other favorite parts is the flowers he's holding, as well as the one around his head. The white could be seen as innocence (I've heard that it represents purity to some people), and it also fits in with the color scheme well without looking too distracting. The eyes and nose, however, do stand out, but the orange parts are so small that it works really well (if that makes any sense.) Words cannot explain how much I love the background, how it isn't distracting, yet is interesting in itself.
Now for the cons - though there are little. The lineart's blurry-ness is a bit hard on the eyes, though it does help convey the message. The blurred cats in the background are also a bit distracting. Overall, though, great job! It looks amazing!

ORIGINALITY: Now this one's the biter. It's not much within your control, though. If you want to draw fanart, especially Warriors fanart, ESPECIALLY Scourge fanart, it's not going to be the most original thing in the world. Pictures of Scourge (or Tiny) having to do with innocence are also common in the fandom. However, I've not yet seen this sort of background on a piece of Scourge art before, and it does perk my interest. The background itself is very unique.

TECHNIQUE: Like I said before, the anatomy looks great! The fur textures are done well, and the proportions are spot-on! The color scheme also works amazingly. The background works great with the color scheme, and although the blurring hurts the eyes a bit, it still was done well.

IMPACT: The flowers, I believe, symbolize innocence and purity, and this conveyed the majority of the message. I see the message as "although Scourge was a murderer and terrorized several cats, he was still a young cat. He was a monster, yet still a being, just like the next cat." I can also see the message as "it doesn't take a lot for a person's innocence to be ripped from them." Scourge (or Tiny) doesn't yet have the teeth in his collar, leading me to think that there was always a scared kitten hiding behind the mask of a murderer.

Goodness that was long. Anyways, I really like this piece, it is definitely one of your best! Great job!
